One thing's for sure, eating meat was getting me nowhere, and I now feel like I'm building muscle on this way of eating as much as I was when I was eating animal proteins, so my body tells me this IS going to work and is A-OK!

I remember a girl on a health forum from 10 years or so ago that was a vegan, took ACV every day, garlic, and maybe cayenne, and I ate meat and argued with her many times, but to look back, I'd bet she is healthier than I am now or even was then. But I couldn't pick up on what she said because she didn't have anything like this plan and I was afraid of failing even though I realized I had problems that needed to be resolved.

I remember the "I haz sorriez" photo (of the orange kitten with sore eyes) you posted once. That was a real cute pic. I think that kitten needs some Eyebright therapy. :-)
