I just think it takes longer for some people to get rid of it than other people. Age probably has to do with it.

I used to get discouraged because I never removed any of it and used a colema board, Colosan, coffee enemas, etc. I may have expected too much too soon. I was on the right track but got confused and wandered away from it.

So many opinions out there. How's any congested /non thriving person supposed to know who's right and who isn't?

I think I know now.
