if you are deficient in minerals, and what you are ingesting is high in potassium... among other things, you could very well be getting a rush of electrical charge throughout your body that is manifesting itself in ways that may be associated with the condition of your health.

back off a bit...

I get a *rush* whenever I eat, or drink a high potassium content smoothie, or meal... and it will keep you up at night too.

Do these things earlier in the day to at latest, mid-afternoon.
