The start of Day 16. Today was tough with the food smells. I got some organizing of my cupboards done today. They haven't had any order to them in quite some time. I just didn't care if they had any order. I know I'm getting better when things like that start getting done with less effort. When I am way off my feed so to speak I often get tired just thinking what I need to get done - and then never getting to it.

Yay for Day 16!! I'm really happy I found this forum. It helps me be more accountable and feel less alone. :) Thank you everyone.
