Strict diet and antifungals alone are not enough. Total load has to be adressed. Most important part of treatment is getting rid of mycotoxins and other immune suppressors but strict diet and antifungals are still mandatory for the bad case.

I know Jorge you find it odd but carb addiction was terrible for me before. I could not imagine only one meal without carb. Now I eat no carb and I don't feel deprived in any way and eat a wide variety of food. Progresses are just impossible for me while eating carb. I have immediate symptoms after carbs.
