About your eyes, if its yellow spots if could be because of cold wind doing damage to your sclerae, read up on it...hmm it could be jaundice, but from what i have seen and read about, the bile colors all parts of the sclerae in uniform manner...

also I do have certain food allergies , ie almonds, dark cherries, raw apples, peaches pears and plums...but tuna and cheese? they go down fine, and dont cause any symptoms of food allergies (ie rashes, sore throats, tiredness etc)...i can drink milk fine (well 2% at least) but mozzerella cheese say on a pizza, no good...
