Thats ok,

We're all here for you and we are the only ones who can truly understand. Have you got supportive people around you?

Also get your naturopath to work on your hormones and endocrine system. We are all still guessing about how to help ourselves, but apart from the silicone thing people talk about, i think it is to do with the endocrine system being thrown way off balance.

Take care of you and keep remembering that you're not alone in this.
