All right! Do you think taking 100mg every 2 hours during the day and every 3 hours at night would be fine?
What do you mean by 3 months? Is it like 3-4 "two weeks cycles" in a period of 3 months or something else?

Apart from that, what are other necessary supplements that we need to take when on ALA?
