100mg is perfect in my opinion. I started with 150mg. It is too harsh but tolerable. 100mg is best.
I think it's good to everyone living in western societies to try Cutler's protocol for 3 months even if person is healthy.
For these with autoimmune conditions this is the answer in majority of cases.

Today most of us have mercury. This is the sad truth.
