Yeah, the H/C showers have really made a difference for me so far - much more energy.

I thought you might say that about the Cold Sheet therapy. I'm looking forward to it though-in a 'this will be a new experience' kind of way.

I just got ahold of the SYL videos so I'll watch them today.

I hope you get to try the program again, including the Cold Sheet treatment.
