Thanks Wings.  I didn't realize you did 5 rounds, that is a lot!  Yep, you absolutely were going in a positive direction, we could see that in your posts ;-) 

Yeah, ain't that the truth?  I think when people read where Dr. Schuzle says "stop doing what made you sick" they think of things like, stop eating junk and stop taking all the chemical meds, but its so much more than that!  It's stop "everything" that is toxic!  Everything includes toxic people in our lives or toxic situations that cause stress which leads to dis-ease.

I'm in a very stressful situation right now with work and I see more and more every single day I've gotta get myself outta there before that stress starts showing up as some kind of sickness!

Healing our entire lives is definitely where its at for sure and I'm right there with ya healing MY entire life!
