I'm 27, so reckon not too old... :D
I take a vitamin B complex (which contains C too), E, A, probiotics. And I'm on an anti-Candida diet (no sugar, high-protein intake). Will buy some milk-thistle then.
So how long are your cycles for ALA (days/weeks)? And what's the dose you usually take? I was thinking maybe next time I could try 100mg...
