Tizona is absolutely right.

ALA is the best chelator for mercury. I chelate only with ALA from last September with excellent results.

Young persons will clear the mercury faster that those with slower metabolism. If you do some cleanses liver, kidneys, bowels you will get rid of mercury fast and will feel the change with every dose. Moving of mercury and pulling out from the tissue makes oxidative stress and increases adrenal activity. Use lots of C, E, and milk thisle is my advice to everyone.
