Yes, dx was muscular dystrophy

No, but I definitely saw my progression stop and begin to improve

Terrifying the first time, traumatic the second time, after that I was able to get my head around it and it wasn't so bad.

If I do them again, I think I could get into it. Hot and cold hydrotherapy is *amazing.*

Have you ever seen the SYL videos? On one of the dvds Dr. Schulze videos a lady doing  cold sheet treatment. If you don't have the SYL dvds yet I *highly* recommend you get them and the print manual that goes with them so you can understand what you're doing. Uny can tell you  how to get ahold of them.
