As I mentioned, my biggest problem is unrefreshing sleep which makes all of my symptoms much worse. On some days when I do get refreshing sleep, probably because of all the accumulated fatigue, I feel about 70% better. Melatonin doesn't really help me with refreshing sleep.

I've also got pretty much all of the symptoms you listed too.

I've not had Ferratin, B12, Folic acid, Vitamin D3 checked. Did you get these tested for at Genova Labs too?
