I have muscle twitching currently...same as you described, pimples on my scalp that itch and are causing hair loss, and an inflammed pelvis area with pain that comes and goes. I've been 'diagnosed' with Candida overgrowth and prostatitis.
It's been so long that its hard to recall how this all started. First, I experienced extreme pain in my testical, it was soo bad I went to a M.D., he Rx'd a heavy Antibiotic for 2 weeks. (I had no idea then what I was doing, I put blind faith into an M.D.) The Antibiotic did nothing to help me. Then he Rx'd me another 2 weeks of a different heavy antibiotic. That did nothing also!!! (EXCEPT GIVE ME CANDIDA OVERGROWTH)
I went for an ultrasound of my testicle, they couldn't see anything that would cause pain. The only thing that provided relief was the pain meds. (temporary relief only and now I wont take the pain meds so I can protect my liver from further damage) My candida got worse (at this point I didnt know what was going on) I developed thrush, a very disturbing feeling in the mouth. The yeast also caused discomfort from the anus. Tinactin spray from the store worked for an hour at the most.
I developed very very sore soles on the bottoms of my feet. I could hardly walk. I picked up some shoe inserts at a health expo, they massage your feet as you walk, they helped a lot and that problem went away eventually.
I had a CT scan which provided no new information except a HUGE new bill to pay.
I developed food allergies seemingly overnight. After some expensive G.I. scopes, I eliminated wheat products and gluten from my diet (this helped a lot). Wheat is in nearly everything! Every bread product seems to have wheat. I also eliminated foods that are not compatible with my blood type. Everytime I tell people their blood type determines which foods they should eat, I think it blows their minds. It's true, eating the foods beneficial to my blood type have helped a lot also. More importantly, you have to AVOID foods that are harmful to your blood type. Wheat is on the list of foods to avoid for my blood type (O+).
Did I mention people think I'm crazy for eating the way I do or for the way I talk about things re: doctors and the shitty way the MD's DONT cure people.
I went to a kinesiologist and a Natural Doctor. I was prescribed herbs and natural supplements to take. This helped the most! Each day I felt stronger and stronger. (Did you know congress wants to take these supplements away from the people and make them prescription only??!!?!?!?!?) Codex Alimentarius its called. The only thing that saved me from death...they want to take away! We live in the twilight zone and its getting worse!
My best attempt at killing Candida so far has been the use of an enzyme supplement from Enzymedica called "Candidase". I took that along with a Digestion supplement of theirs.
Eating way less carbs, eating more meat and taking enzymes before meals and on an empty stomach almost knocked out my candida. Once you feel 'better' dont eat Sugar of any type. Raisins in trail mix sent me into relapse. My pot belly was almost gone. I get on the horse and try again.
Sorry about the book, hope something I wrote helps! If you have anything that sounds the same as me, let me know. I'm trying to connect the dots.
good luck,
nothing but love
