No I have not unfortuanetly. This is something I came across though. I am currently trying a anit-mold diet which is eating only green vegtables and meat, as well as beginning some cleanses. One thing thst I think is the greatest of help, is to boost your immune system any way possible. Pardon me here, but sex does wonders for me. I can see the infection clearing in my urine after sex, as well as immediate imporved adrenal function. self-gratification should work just the same, as they bolstersthe immune system. Walking should also be of some help.
