Hi Knowledge seeker. I know the feeling. I have been doing everything I can to avoid getting on those allopathic meds - Because - of their severe side-effects. My kids are the same way.

But I have found some things that will help you greatly with the Diabetes - and then I can tell you about the HBP.

I found that the Herb - Gymnema - can not only help bring down High blood Sugar pretty quickly - but It ALSO Helps Rebuild the pancreas. There are now more studies that actually say that. It is great. I have reduced my insulin need in half the amount from when they first started me.

When got lax - I ran out of Gymnema and didn't take it for a while - my blood Sugar need quit going down. I attributed that to the lack of Gymnema. It Works!

I take two in the morning and one at night. They are 400 mg.

I also take two 1000 mg capsules of Cinnamon whenever we have a heavy meal - such as Italian or Mexican food. Then - in the afternoon before supper - I will take two More capsules of 1000 mg of Cinnamon.

My Blood Sugar has been pretty normal. It is usually 127 - and the highest was around 158.

You can also drink tea called Lychee tea - it is great for restoring your eyesight, healing kidneys, and for lowering the Blood sugar. I drink at least two to three cups of it every day.

* This is what I found is the Best Diet for High Blood Sugar: (I have tried a number of diets and) I found that the low-carb diet works best for diabetics. Our bodies need protein because our cells need to be renewed ever 6 mos. So I would not go on just a vegetable diet. I did try that for a while - but it made me sicker in the long run. And I could not maintain my low blood sugar reading either. Which surprised me. I finally ended up with the low carb diet – and I was amazed at how good I felt and how good my numbers ran.


*As for the lowering of the Blood Pressure - I did try drinking a tea in an 9 oz bottle I made out of Turmeric, Cumin, and Celery Seed. It lowered my BP down to around 100/60. I sipped on it while I was waiting for the doctor - since my problem is the “white coat syndrome” - where doctors make me extremely nervous. But I am certain you could take this on a daily regimen. They are all safe and good for a number of things.

I know I have heard parsley works well for this also - but I am not sure what parsley would do to the kidneys long term and it might contribute to gout since it is hard on the kidneys. It might be too strong for daily consumption. I am not sure. I would stay away from parsley if you have any doubts .


I hope you will try the tea, the diet, and Especially the Gymnema and Cinnamon (according to what I read – you need at least 4 – 6 grams of Cinnamon for it to do anything to lower your sugar.) And the great thing about taking the cinnamon like that amount – is it Helps lower cholesterol. (The herb Gymnema does that also as it says in the link I provided). My doctor initially wanted to put me on statins – But Then I took 5 -6 grams of cinnamon + the Gymnema daily and he was amazed at my great numbers. I Didn’t have to go on the statins after that.
