Alb, I don't like to be a nay-sayer, since you seem to have decided this forum suits you, after all your posts about "purists" and putting down the "mystical detox" and so on, but this is you, in your "water fast"

which I feel somewhat disqualifies you from advising a new water-only faster on what they might expect. However,if a person is just looking for interaction,
well, let the buyer beware.

edit: I truly don't want to be negative or to police the place, as I know some feel I do. (I feel more called to speak up more, since Chris -our esteemed 'elder' is otherwise occupied)

Maybe you have changed your views? Anyway, I'm just for the whole truth--that's all.
