Thank you, Wolf, and God bless you! I was doing pretty good and then I got a UTI infection and that threw me back quite a bit. I was starting again - so this might help go faster.

Also I heard about the Low-fat Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed Diet (the Budwig diet) and was going to try it also. I don't know if you have read about this one before - but there is a great testimony someone posted a while back on the link below.

I am just grateful that we are all pulling together to share what works and doesn't work.

We can do this!
