Madgic, I decided to order all the herbs from the online shop you get them from. Cost a fair bit to get them all so I hope it is worth it. I just wanted to ask you whats the procedure for making the capsules? Do i have to blend all the herbs first, put them in any solution? Does it have to be put in capsules or can I just drink it?
