Has anyone ever used a electrolyte add in to ther water? Im considering adding this to my mineral water to be in the safe side, even thou my diet has been 80% clean, the fact that I have used alot hot water and lemon, green tea, and recenty had moderate use of laxatives, 3-4 times last week, and twice this week to clean out the system prefast, it occured to me that I may have interfered with my potassium stores (saying that my diet consists of foods high in potassium anyways but still)

Could any such add in interfer with weightloss, the one im considering is 0 calorie
