Also, is insane amounts of gas and intestinal burping/gas normal normal when mucoid plaque is breaking off? ..because that's what I think is going on.. Especially last night and today.. so much gas and intestinal burps/noise... kinda a bit bloated too.. I'm working on the rebounder and trying to work the gas out...


...also, maybe that's why my liver/stomach are a bit pissed at me and are uncomfortable. All of this gas is pressing against them and making them annoyed... because when I pass a bunch of gas or BM, they stop feeling irritated.
