I have every single symptom you do. After spinning my wheels for many years chasing down doctors and treatments (including hydrocortisone which left me bedridden) I have come to the conclusion that my main symptoms are due to candida/SIBO which I cannot overcome due to heavy metal poisoning. This is most likely from dental Amalgam exposure.

Do you have dental amalgams?

My only advice is to find a competent doctor to treat you...
