When was the last time you did a 24 hr saliva test? Alot of people shake due to low cortisol. When I begin to shake from talking too much or emotional stress I take 2.5 mg of HC and usually the shaking stops.

You sound like you have adrenal fatigue but with high cortisol. I could be wrong. I say this because of your bowel movements and anxiety.
