Yes it does feel like a hard round bead, and I will stick a pin it and see if pus drains, probably later when Ive finished working as I tend to get dirty.

I let you know what happens when I stick it!

I stuck it with a pin but doesnt drain - so is more solid - just a bit of blood can be squeezed out when pressure is applied.
