could this assist keep the potassium and other important mineral levels in the body normal during a long water fast? a friend who works in sports nutrition suggested that it usually has the same mineral content as a artificial pill (pills i refuse to take on a water fast) and usually suggests this as the best water to drink to those with lowered levels of essential minerals, imcluding potassium

hope this makes sense, im still half asleep :)
