Depends on the concentration vs dispersion. Some say big problem while others say problem but mild.

Some ideas. Eat lots of Iodine rich foods especially dulse. Have some potassium Iodide handy. Get some cell food which was designed mainly to protect from radiation poisoning.

Better get used to these kinds of disasters because this is just the beginning folks.
