Hi,

Thanks for this information. My questions are:

1) You said 'people who only have some Lugol's available can increase their intake of Iodide by mixing the Lugol's they have with vitamin C powder'- so does this mean that it would 'extend' the Lugol's to make it last longer?

OR

2) Or, is the addition of Vit.C simply to make the Iodine more effective? And, If this is the case, would putting the Lugol's in orange juice suffice?
