Ive been reading a fair bit about these products on this forum. I think maybe they might be what I need for my "blocked up" situation. I am very wary of supplements though, as they usually just make me more constipated, particularly fibre supplements.

Anyway I tried to order them last night but they dont ship to my country (Australia). Does anyone know any other way to get them, or any other product similiar i can get?
