I don't know what I was thinking but I stopped my Effexor. I was taking two 150mg tablets and once I started doing CE's I was seeing one of the tablets each time. I cut down to one tab and I would still see it after the Coffee-Enema so I figured what the heck why even take it. I have had such erratic behavior and symptoms and I didn't put it together until just now. Probably because I am so messed up. I looked it up and it says withdrawal symptoms can last anywhere from two months to a year. Is there anything I can do to get it out of my system quicker? Yes I am a jackass!
