sounds like "impentigo". (spelling may be off) I've had this since childhood off and on. These are the things I know. The oozing is oily in nature and contagious, cover it and dont itch it. It spreads easily, the silver lined bandages (hard to find) heal it the fastest. Whatever causes it, gets into a cut or abrasion in the skin and then the bumps appear next to the wound. I had a reoccurance recently, no wound but it may have been due to low immunity and/or stress and the rash appeared.
