i'm still having bowel movements, just runny, an i am very gassy.


my main problem is these weird nerve sensations...they were going away, an now my whole right ascending colon is in extreme pain an all my nerve problems and derealization is comin back since i added the ezekiel grain cereal the other day. i been cryin randomly an feel like my body is gonna seize up an out of reality.

so sick of this!
