Sorry to hear this guys. Just remember, it does get better... 100% better as you progress to getting healthier and getting off the drugs.

I remember getting very emotionally upset (couldn't cry, I was too numb from the ssris) when it seemed like everything I ate either made me so anxious I couldn't lay down or so depressed I didn't want to move.

I've been off the ssris for 4 months and 1 week tomorrow.. and I am 100% better from the food reactions :) Just keep on telling yourself it'll get better, because it will. I thought I'd never get out of the hell I was in, and here I am... starting to feel the best I've ever felt in my life.

Hope you guys feel better soon.
