I don't think we should be concerned with what others do or think. Look to 'Self' for the answers.
One thing I do know (or think I know) is that Water Fasting is the solution to a wide range of physical problems.....WY
P.S. I find there is too much disagreement in the Natural Hygiene approach. Pick and choose what applies to you.
