i take 400mg a day and that is to protect me from this cesspool called dallas. it should also cover a little exposure to radioactive isotopes.
i didnt really care for ben fuchs on alex jones but he has a very important concept down pat. if you dont provide the minerals the body needs to do its thing, it will take substitutes to use in the proper mineral's place. eg, another possible byproduct of a nuclear blast is the isotope of strontium.

and of course bromine and fluorine instead of iodine, as we well know. i think theres a selenium/arsenic connection too. anyway, get those minerals you need and avoid the ones you dont.
