I was wondering has anyone used activated charcoal to pull toxins out, and Bentonite clay. I have been using the charcoal and seem to be seeing a differance. I need to get the clay. Epson salt baths are real good too. Potassium and magnesium. A lot of water. And liver support.
I am going to talk to a nutritionist though about a program they have that is celluar nutrition. I believe that is the best way to go, I have to get the funds first though. This doctors name is Dr tips in Texas and he has a website just google it and read or Dr Pompa's website but he is the founder and WAY more expensive then Dr Tips.
