Sounds like you've had a rough time since you took those meds, I'm sorry you had to learn the hard way that doctors don't really heal, in fact they most always cause harm!

I'm going to answer what I can and provide lots of reading material while you're waiting on Uny to answer.

You can do a kidney cleanse anytime you want, no special prep for that one.  If you're going to do a juice fast while doing the kidney cleanse you'll want to use both the IFs to keep the bowels moving.

Dr. Schulze says that we should do at the minimum a 2 week colon cleanse before we do a liver flush and we should be having at least 2-3 BMs a day.  Unless you're in an emergency situation its good to do a liver flush prep for 5 days prior to flushing.

There is no set rule saying you have to juice fast while doing a colon cleanse, thats a personal preference but a juice fast is always healing because your body isn't working to digest food so it can use all the energy to heal itself.  If you do decide to do a juice fast while colon cleansing you just need to make sure you're having at least 3 BMs a day with the IFs.

I'm so happy you found the forum but I want to let you know that you've found it at the same time lots of others found it lol so Uny is really far behind.  She'll get to you just as soon as she possibly can so hang in there!  It sounds like you've done lots of good for your body with the diet and the parasite cleanses and you even made your own IF1, kudos to you for that!
