You might try colloidal silver and eyebright both topically and internally.  The best way to apply them to your eyes is with an eye cup.  You can often find eye cups at local pharmacies or else online.

Colloidal silver might also help with possible HPV - and I would also add olive leaf extract as well as perhaps some of the other suggestions here:
