I got I needed to take IP6 a couple of days ago, I have the Jarrow 500mg/capsule.

took one before bed three nites ago, and I slept pretty well,
two days ago I took 3 or 4 through the day and woke up at like 5am sweating and big anxiety, very intense. Didn't take any yesterday, sleep was more reasonable.

anyone have anything like this before, detox from IP6?

Now, I am working with Iodine also, took some SSKI internally and dermally before bed but that isn't necessarily anything new......
