Andreas Moritz once claimed that since bile secretion peaks from 10:00 pm until 2:00am, doing the flush at other times might pose a risk of stones stuck because it's the bile that keeps the ducts well-lubricated during the flush . Also less of Epsom Salts are used for a morning after flush.
What's the rationale in repeating it so soon after the nightly flush, doesn't bile get easily depleted? Is this akin to curing a hangover with more alcohol? Does it yield better results? Or does it deplete the bile pool thereby making stone formation more likely? Is there some expert validation on any of this? And finally, how does it compare to just taking more of the oil at 10:00 pm?
Your experiences very much welcome.
