Thanks for all the suggestions! I think i'll get some nutritional yeast and try that. In the mean time i might make a small batch without the yeast and see how i go.

BTW I just love how i feel on Uny's program, I've only ever managed one full hardcore week, then dibble dabbled but it really is amazing.
