BF&C fomentation on it and cover with heating pad. Best if done daily for a while. Also Uny's BF&C oil massaged in and then a layer of her Deep Tissue/Muscle/Joint Repair Oil over that and worked in. It does wonders. Also Calcium tincture for needed minerals to rebuild.
