I have struggled with fibromyalgia for years (fatigue, pain, intestinal pain) IT comes and goes in flares, however I have good days.... THEN..............
WHAM! out of the blue, within a millisecond, this is what
has came on. (please note it is happening with hormone changes, entering perimenopause-8 days late cycle)

* diziness
*heart palpitation
*lights are bugging me
*Headaches
*tingliing
*freezing cold/hands and feet
* a bit of numbing
*anxiety
*panick

I am 48-I seriously am at the edge of freaking out, it is TOO much
for me to bear all at once.
Please note: i do not eat nitrates, perservatives, soda,
quit coffee 14 days ago. I am trying to eat as healthy as
i can and starting to exercise.

I purchased lugols iodine, but a bit scared to try with
all of this going on.

Please, Please help me..I can't work, due to all this crap...and I can't afford to go to the doctor..........

Any information, or plan will be so well received
and I thank you in advance...extreme suffering going on
