Thanks Thall. I'll probably have to take a few years at it anyways- I'm not sure if I can get medical support here in getting them removed (the medical system here is very subsidized), but they are quite aware of the harmful effects of amalgam. The nice thing is that avacados, D3 and a little bit of garlic/onion goes a long way for producing the body's own glutathione and speeding up a cleansing process.

Nothing beats God's own provision for our health though- ze veggies, fruits, nuts, beans and whole-grain breads. :)

I'm learning as I go about smoothies and new ways of cooking. I felt so very good yesterday after having salad for dinner!

I feel a little chastized, almost. I looked at the dirt-cheap multivit I've been on for at least three years.. No calcium in it. I could have used it while on D3, with much less trouble. :P It's hard to accumulate all the trace minerals and specific vitamins that have to go along with D3 to get the good effects though. It's safest under 4,000 iu unless one buys the D3-Plus formulation.

I guess.. chastized because I went and bought an expensive herbal-combination multivit, and it was already just plain too overloaded with stuff. I'm thinking of switching to Spirulina like a new accquaintance has suggested. The list of properties of that algae is impressive!
