Lewis Labs Certified Kosher and Certified Non-GMO Brewer's Yeast, is actually tasty.
NOTE: Genetically-Modified contamination of organics in the U.S. is getting so bad (organics are not tested for Genetically-Modified-Organisms contamination in the U.S. - a huge reason to shun ANY processed foods organic or not, especially those with Genetically-Modified crop ingredients in them) that most *certified gmo free* products are coming in from abroad - they MUST be tested and contain *less than* .9 Genetically-Modified-Organisms contamination to be labeled non-gmo according to the E.U.
Onward...
There is another brand, however, it is a European brand name I have forgotten the name of... and most likely, if I remember right, the same source as Lewis Labs.
Lewis Labs has a special going on right now (as of this post), and offer *free* samples if anyone wants to try it.
I *occasionally* will mix a heaping tablespoonful in a glass of water and bottoms up.
I keep both a small stock of Brewers and nutritional yeast around... I like them both for different reasons and uses.
