Raw Paleo Diet. / Raw omnivore.
High Fat, Low Carb.
Raw fish, raw meat, raw fat, raw eggs, some low glycemic fruit. Including bitter melon fruit / karela every morning.
Some kidney cleansing with coconut juice or water melon fast (depends on your blood sugar) or avocado leaves tea.

You will be well.
Immediately.
No cheating for 6 months.
