Below is a link to a recommended newsletter post written by a girl who suffered from severe acne. Appears she's been gone for some time, has removed the images (before and after) - but the improvement was remarkable. The worst Acne condition one could imagine to Covergirl status. Jawdropping.

I would review all of her recommended posts and gather a sense for how she accomplished what she did - but as you'll see she attributes her success to largely to ingesting iodine. (Lugols solution)
