Congratulations, Tcon.

I too am on Day-7 (final day) of my current WF.
I started the WF terribly jet-lagged, with the flu, lung infection and edema. I slept lots throughout the WF and had no energy to do simple things like unpack post-trip.

Today, however, I feel fine. Energetic and not quite so weak, ran lots of errands for the first time in a week. I remember Chiron saying not to break WF on a downswing, so i'm glad i'm feeling good in time to start re-feeding tomorrow.
