Last time I checked, I had the same rise through the day, from 36.4 C to 36.8 C

I had a nice gradual rise, and the theory is that it indicates it is not adrenal. However, from all the other testing, I is adrenal.

Plus, I can't even tolerate Kelp. Any Iodine or thyroid support bothers my adrenals.
